Hi, I’m Baji

I’m Batbayar N (Baji), a 3D Supervisor and 3D Generalist currently based in Prague. Originally from Mongolia, I moved to the Czech Republic at age 10 and have been building my career in Europe ever since.

I began as a 3D animator and have since specialized in lighting, look development, and team leadership. At Incognito Studio I supervise artists while staying hands-on with the work I love most — creating bold, high-quality visuals that serve the story. I thrive in fast-paced environments where clear communication and tight deadlines are the norm. I’m direct, open-minded, and believe the best results come from listening as much as directing.

My obsession with visual storytelling started early — I was the kid dreaming of Pixar while obsessing over that iconic Nestlé Rabbit chocolate commercial. That passion still drives me today. When I’m not at the studio, I write poetry and produce rap beats to stay creatively balanced. I’m also a proud husband and father to a very energetic three-year-old daughter.
