Hi, I’m Baji

(Batbayar Nyambayar)

I’m a 3D Supervisor and Generalist based in Prague. I’m originally from Mongolia and moved to the Czech Republic when I was 10. I grew up here and started my career in 3D as an animator. Over time I’ve focused more on lighting and look development, and now I also help lead projects at Incognito Studio.

I enjoy creating strong visuals that support the story, and I like being hands-on with the work. I’m pretty direct, and I do my best in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. I’ve always loved visual storytelling — ever since I was a kid dreaming about Pixar and that old Nestlé Rabbit chocolate commercial.

Outside of work, I write poetry, and I used to make rap beats, direct small video clips, and play guitar. I’m also a husband and dad to a very energetic three-year-old girl.

On the side, I built bichig.mn — a small project with a browser extension and Android app that helps with Mongolian typing and script conversion.

I’m always happy to work with good people on interesting projects. Let’s make something cool together.
